British Dressage Approved Trainer
I have been listed on the BD registered trainers database since 2005.
British Horse Society Intermediate Teacher
As a fully registered instructor I am part of a credible list of professionally qualified instructors who have gained internationally recognised qualifications. To qualify for the register I am required to have up to date insurance and a First Aid Certificate. I have attended Child Protection and Awareness Courses and Biennial Training Days to continue my own professional development.
TTT Warcala Award
I have been so lucky to have been awarded this twice in 2000 and in 2003. It is presented to the most meritorious instructor of the TTT for his/her dedication and progress throughout the year.

For the next 6 years I took time out from competing to concentrate on my clients who have filled me with pride at becoming the Junior and Senior National RC Champions and competitors at the British Dressage National Championships from Prelim to Advanced Medium. I now have two lovely young horses again that I am so looking forward to training from Novice to Grand Prix.

It is the training of horse and rider that I love, much more than the competing. My years of qualifying for the BD Regionals and Nationals are some of my best memories, but some of my most favorite moments are of just me and a happy horse, skipping through a row of one time changes, dancing round a double canter pirouette, doing it just for fun, not because a judge or journalist is watching.
